Exclusion of Damages: Atelreum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts paid by you to Atelreum in the past six months.
